Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Credit Control Officer to assist the Credit Controller in Credit Control and Receivables function.

Job Dimensions:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

To ensure that client account queries are kept to a minimum and resolved in quick possible time by coordinating with related departments in order to minimize the risk of bad debts
Monitor prepayments as per the contractual agreements and collection of necessary data from related departments, preparing and sending accurate and timely proforma invoices to the clients and proper follow up for payments before commencement of services.
Proper and regular follow ups with the clients for payments.
Assisting in entering and allocation of Client Receipts and Preparing Statement of Account.
Adhoc Customer reports as requested as management.
Maintaining up to date exposure for all Clients including unbilled & authorized services.
Assisting preparing weekly reports for Clients outstanding.
Assisting in other finance related activities as per business needs..

Essential Capabilities:

Skills (practiced capability/behaviors)

Expert knowledge of Accounts Receivables
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
Excellent standard of written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian
Basic knowledge of aviation services is a plus

Experience:

Essential:

Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a business with similar processes.
Outstanding knowledge of electronic spreadsheets

Desirable:

Knowledge of the airline/aviation industry.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
