To ensure our clients are receiving services of the highest calibre, we outline our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) clearly at the outset of every new relationship. The standards set in the SLAs are then regularly weighed against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) gathered from operational data in order to analyze Click’s performance.
To ensure that the appropriate quality standards and operational definitions are being utilized, we perform audits on all input received from the quality control measures we set in place. As an added measure, we frequently run quality audits and process analyses in order to update and improve our quality plans.
