Our strategically-situated base in Dubai allows us to use Click’s resources in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) to your advantage. Our Operations Control Center (OCC) is equipped with advanced tools and technology used to track and monitor all flights. Our team continuously tracks live weather patterns and projections, locations of jets, and any events in relevant areas, maintaining constant communication with FBOs to ensure that your trip runs smoothly from beginning to end.

Click’s OCC team is comprised of highly experienced professionals in the fields of flight operations and flight dispatch. These individuals are skilled in developing and implementing proactive strategies designed to uphold operational safety and efficiency at all times.

From coordinating air traffic rights to planning entire trips customized to individual needs, our personnel handles member requests accurately, resourcefully, and tactfully while maintaining regulatory compliance and preventing flight disruptions.

Comprehensive flight planning based on aircraft performance, range limitations and runway length.
Full dispatch briefing package along with ATC filing, FMS Uplink and Weather/NOTAM analysis.
Provision of test flight plans and route validation.
Provision of weight and balance reports, approach charts, trip kits and RAIM prediction.
Prompt arrangement of overflight and landing permits, PPRs and Slots.
Coordination and supervision of ground handling appropriate to the type of operation and/or aircraft.
Fuel arrangements – with partnerships covering over 1,500 locations worldwide.
Arrangement of hotel accommodation and transportation with respective suppliers and/or vendors.
Close examination of all requests to ensure accuracy and quality of service provided by our OCC.
Non-stop communication and liaison with on-ground vendors and suppliers.
Constant flight tracking by an OCC team dedicated to the progress of the operation.
